Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or pre-order. This cancellation policy sets out how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive regular deliveries based on the subscription length and frequency you choose.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each such delivery unless you choose to pay up front.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.

If you would like to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails will contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a sold-out or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a later date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. For more information about returns and refunds, see our Returns Policy.
